When and where does the seva take place?
On Sharad Purnima, Sunday 25 Oct, in the Vaishno Devi area, Katra. It is a one-day seva, done together for all the families who book.
What is offered and shared?
Kheer is kept in the moonlight, offered to Maa as bhog, then served to devotees. Several families fund kheer at one shared seva; your plan pays for the servings shown.
How and when will I get the video?
On WhatsApp, at the number you give at checkout, normally within 48 hours of the seva. It shows your sankalp and the seva. A completion update also comes by email.
Can I book it for a birthday or in someone's memory?
Yes. The sankalp is taken in the name you enter at checkout: your family, a loved one, or someone you are remembering.
Will I get prasad at home?
The 108-devotee plan includes Mata Rani's dry prasad, posted to your address in India after the seva; with other plans you can add it at checkout. The kheer itself is shared in Katra.
Can I change the date or cancel?
Sharad Purnima falls on one day, so the date cannot be moved. Until the cutoff, normally 48 hours before the seva day, you can cancel for a full refund; after that, cancellations are generally not refundable.
