When and where is the meal served?
Every day from 20 Oct, in Katra in the Vaishno Devi area. You choose the date when you book.
What is served, and to whom?
A fresh sattvik meal, served to devotees and the needy. Several families fund meals at one shared Anna Seva; your plan pays for the number of meals shown.
How and when will I get the video?
On WhatsApp, at the number you give at checkout, normally within 48 hours of the seva. It shows your sankalp and the meal being served. A completion update also comes by email.
Can I book it for a birthday, anniversary or in someone's memory?
Yes. Choose the occasion at checkout and enter the name for the sankalp: the birthday person, the couple, or the loved one you are remembering.
Will I get prasad at home?
The Bhandara plan includes Mata Rani's dry prasad, posted to your address in India after the seva. With other plans you can add prasad home delivery at checkout. We share courier details once it is sent.
Can I change the date or cancel?
Until the cutoff, normally 48 hours before your seva day, you can request a free date change (subject to space) or a full-refund cancellation from your booking page. After that, cancellations are generally not refundable.
