Is my booking a private ceremony?
No. Kanjak Seva is a pooled meal service. Several sponsors fund portions of one shared meal event. Your booking funds the number of meal portions shown on your package.
Is PavitraOne affiliated with the Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board?
No. PavitraOne is an independent service. The seva takes place at a local venue in the Vaishno Devi area, not inside the shrine, and does not include darshan or any priority access.
What happens after I pay?
Once your payment is verified you see a confirmation on screen and receive an email with your booking ID. You can track the booking any time using Track Booking.
Will I receive a personal video?
Individual videos are not included. After the seva we share a completion update with shared event evidence, where consent allows.
Can I cancel or change the date?
You can request a cancellation or date change from your booking page before the published cutoff. See the Cancellation and Refund Policy for details.
Is my payment a tax-deductible donation?
No. You are purchasing a meal sponsorship service. Your receipt is not a donation certificate.
