When and where is the pujan done?
On Karwa Chauth, Thursday 29 Oct, in the Vaishno Devi area, Katra. Pujan for several couples is done together, and each couple's sankalp is taken by name.
Does this replace my own Karwa Chauth puja?
No. Keep your vrat and do your puja at home as always. This pujan is an offering made on your behalf, alongside them.
What is offered in each plan?
Every plan has Shiv–Parvati pujan with a sankalp in both your names. The Shringar plan adds suhag shringar for Maa Parvati, and Sampoorna also sends prasad home.
How and when will I get the video?
On WhatsApp, at the number you give at checkout, normally within 48 hours of the pujan. It shows the pujan with the sankalp in your names. A completion update also comes by email.
Can I book it for my parents or another couple?
Yes. Enter their names at checkout and the sankalp is taken in those names. A thoughtful gift for parents, or for a couple's first Karwa Chauth.
How does the prasad reach me?
With the Sampoorna plan, dry sealed prasad is posted to your address in India after the pujan. We share courier details once it is sent.
Can I change the date or cancel?
Karwa Chauth falls on one day, so the date cannot be moved. Until the cutoff, normally 48 hours before the pujan day, you can cancel for a full refund; after that, cancellations are generally not refundable.
