Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information PavitraOne collects, why, and how we protect it.

Information we collect

  • Contact details: your name, email address and mobile number.
  • Seva details: the sankalp / family name, and optionally your gotra and a short note.
  • Booking details: package, seva date, amounts paid and refunds.
  • Payment information is collected and processed by Razorpay. We receive the payment status and reference numbers, never your card, UPI PIN or bank login.
  • Basic technical information such as your IP address, used for security and to prevent abuse.

How we use it

  • To confirm, carry out and update you about your booking.
  • To take your sankalp name before the meal service. Our local partner receives only the sankalp name, gotra (if given) and number of portions — not your phone number, email or payment details.
  • To respond to your support requests.
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use your sankalp or religious details for advertising.

Emails and messages

We send booking-related emails (confirmation, date changes, refunds, completion updates). We will send WhatsApp or SMS messages only if you choose to contact us there or agree to receive them.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us run the service — the payment provider, email provider, hosting and storage providers, and our verified local seva partner (limited as described above) — or when required by law.

Storage and security

Your information is stored on secure servers. Access to the admin system is restricted by role and protected by two-step verification. Evidence photos and videos are kept in private storage and shared through short-lived links.

Retention

We keep booking and payment records for as long as required by law. Notes and media that are no longer needed are removed.

Children

Kanjak Seva honours young girls. We do not collect the names or identity documents of the children who receive the meal. Images that show identifiable children are shared only with appropriate consent.
