These Terms of Use govern your use of the PavitraOne website and the services booked through it. By using the website or making a booking, you agree to these terms.
1. Who we are
PavitraOne is an independent service that arranges seva and sacred offerings at tirth locations in India. PavitraOne is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board or any temple trust.
2. The Kanjak Seva service
When you book Kanjak Seva, you are paying for the sponsorship of a stated number of Kanjak meal portions, served at a pooled meal event in the Vaishno Devi area on the date you choose. The seva is carried out by a verified local partner at a local venue, not inside the shrine. A booking does not include darshan, priority access, a private ceremony or an individual video unless the package clearly says so.
3. Bookings and payment
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include the full amount payable for the package. A booking is confirmed only after your payment has been verified by our payment provider, Razorpay. We do not see or store your card details. If capacity for your chosen date runs out while your payment is being processed, we will contact you to offer another date or a full refund.
4. Your information
You must give accurate contact details and sankalp details. We take the sankalp name you provide before the meal service. Please see our Privacy Policy for how we use your information.
5. Changes and cancellations
Cancellations, date changes and refunds are handled under our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
6. Updates after the seva
After the seva we share a completion update on your booking. Photos or videos, where shared, show the shared event and are subject to consent of the people in them.
7. No spiritual or other guarantees
Seva is an act of devotion. PavitraOne does not promise any spiritual, religious, health, financial or other outcome from a booking.
8. Receipts
Your booking confirmation is a receipt for the service purchased. It is not a donation receipt and does not entitle you to any tax deduction.
9. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, attempt to access other people's bookings, interfere with its security, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
10. Liability
We take reasonable care in arranging each seva. If we are unable to deliver a seva you paid for, our liability is limited to rescheduling it with your consent or refunding the amount you paid for that booking. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as weather, government orders, strikes or natural events; in such cases we will offer a new date or a refund.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version you accepted at checkout applies to that booking.
