Where and when does the Kanjak Seva take place?
In Katra, at the foot of Maa Vaishno Devi's Trikuta hills, on the Navratri day you choose, up to Vijayadashami on 20 Oct. A pandit ji does the Kanya Pujan there in your family's name.
What is served to the Kanjaks?
The traditional Navratri bhog: puri, kala chana and suji halwa, served fresh and hot to every Kanjak after they are honoured as forms of Maa Durga.
When will I get my video?
Within 48 hours of the seva, on WhatsApp. A completion update also appears on your booking page and comes by email.
Can I book it in my parents' or a loved one's name?
Yes. The sankalp is taken in exactly the name you enter at checkout: your family, your parents or a loved one you wish to honour.
Will I receive Mata Rani's prasad at home?
It is included in Mata Rani Sampoorna Seva; with the other plans, add Prasad home delivery at checkout. It is posted from Katra after your seva, anywhere in India, and we share courier details once it is sent.
Can I change the date or cancel?
Until the cutoff, normally 48 hours before your seva day, you can request a free date change (subject to space) or a full-refund cancellation from your booking page. After that, cancellations are generally not refundable.
Do I need to be in Katra?
No. Our team performs the seva in your family's name. You can be anywhere in India or abroad and take part through the video and updates.
